The individual lesson is only your stroke or (2) strokes for 7 seconds that gets analyzed on a 1 hour zoom meeting with Coach Jeff. The group lessons are taught by Jeff, and involve the stroke for that date being taught via zoom classroom. The group lesson shows how the top players hit their shots. The individual lessons focus on your stroke compared to the top players, and Coach Jeff's recommended practice to attain a stroke with better results.

Yes. You can send up to 7 seconds on a video clip to have Jeff analyze it. Be sure to contact Jeff first, and he'll send you the e-mail you should send it to.

Yes! You can video a forehand, backhand, serve, volley, overhead, or a combination of two (2) and send it to Jeff.
